Due to the nature of handmade items, only one Chan Chan is available each time it's launched. If it's out of stock, don't worry - you can pre-order one to make sure you don't miss out!
Chan Chan is fully handmade with movable arms, head, and legs to a certain extent, giving you the freedom to pose and play with it as you please. You can also change up its attire and accessories, as it comes with removable parts like its hat and part of the clothing.

SHIPPING INFO
Domestic: We offer standard shipping (3–5 business days) on all domestic orders. If you need your order sooner, you can select Express shipping (1–3 business days). We offer free Express shipping for orders above S$200.
International: We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends). Orders placed with standard shipping should arrive in estimate 8-24 days. Orders placed with Express Shipping should arrive in estimate 3-8 working days.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you received a incorrect or defective product, kindly whatsapp message to us at +65 9838 7280 or email to us at chubby.hands.official@gmail.com with the order number and pictures of the product within 14 days of the date you have received the item and we will get in touch with you for the refund process.
Please note that there will be a S$10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with original packaging in its original condition.
